Deposits & Payments

- Receipt of deposit guarantees charter pricing in effect for the date range specified, except where otherwise noted.
- Payment must be received within 7 days of date of reservation in order to confirm reservation.
- All deposits are calculated on the regular published rates prior to the application of any discounts, commissions or comp spaces to the reservation.
- Commissionable bookings must be paid by company check, ACH, or bank wire; credit card payments reduce commission by 3 % (non-U.S. cards may vary)
- If a travel date change is made (where permitted), a change fee may be applied. All cancellation terms remain based on the original travel date.
Guest Requirements
- All guests must sign a liability release and waiver prior to boarding.
- By making a deposit, guests are certifying that they are medically fit to dive with no contraindicated medical issues or they will submit a recent practitioner-signed medical clearance prior to arrival
- Guests are responsible for complying with entry, vaccination, and testing requirements at their own expense.
Explorer Ventures (EV) Policy
- Making a payment indicates agreement to the booking terms in effect at that time.
- EV may:
- Substitute facilities or equipment of equal or greater value, or
- Refund/reschedule the boat-passage portion of a trip in the event of a forced last-minute cancellation.
- EV is not responsible for airfare, associated fees, or travel costs outside its control.
- Trip-cancellation insurance is strongly recommended

- Explorer Ventures retains the right at its sole option to assess a $50 per berth fee for late payments, or to cancel any reservation not current on payments and retain any cancellation penalties due.
- All notices of cancellation or date change must be received in writing.

- Refunds for cancellations or berth reductions are made minus applicable fees.
- Guaranteed single-supplement bookings incur penalties based on two regular-priced berths.

- Complimentary berths are assigned to lower-priced or lower-deck cabins where applicable.
- Single-supplement reservations count as one paid berth for comp-space allocation and cannot be combined with discounts.
- Single cabins at single supplement rate limited to two per charter and not available for any group receiving three or more complimentary spaces.
- Commissionable bookings must be paid by company check, ACH, or bank wire; credit card payments reduce commission by 3 % (non-U.S. cards may vary)
- If a travel date change is made (where permitted), a change fee may be applied. All cancellation terms remain based on the original travel date.
- One free berth is earned for 5 paid, limited to a maximum of two free per departure
- * Extra free berth added for full charter traveling within 12 months of previous full charter for Caribbean vessel year round and is not combinable with other promotions/discounts and is applicable only to same dive shop, dive club or group chartering applicable EV vessel within 12 months of previous EV charter. For private charters where fewer than the maximum berths were initially reserved, you may contact us to add additional berths or single supplements at retail rates.
- ** Groups large enough to earn a comp space may make a one-time travel/date change without penalty in the time interval specified in the chart above. The new travel date must be within 12 months of the original travel date and there will be no refund of payments made. If a higher rate applies due to the new trip date, invoices will be adjusted accordingly. All cancellation terms remain based on the original travel date

Package Details
Package includes: all nights’ accommodations aboard the vessel; up to 4 dives daily (weather and itinerary permitting); 3 meals daily (Western & Indonesian); snacks, coffee, tea, Milo, soft drinks; towels, toiletries, cabin services; use of 12L tanks, weights, weight belts and all air fills; Round trip transfers from local airport or select hotels.
Package excludes: Flights, airport taxes; marine & harbor fees (all subject to change until time of travel – To be paid in advance); alcoholic beverages; travel and dive insurance; nitrox; fuel surcharge (to be paid in advance). Guest Requirements
- All guests must sign a liability release and waiver prior to boarding.
- By making a deposit, guests are certifying that they are medically fit to dive with no contraindicated medical issues or they will submit a recent practitioner-signed medical clearance prior to arrival
- Guests are responsible for complying with entry, vaccination, and testing requirements at their own expense.
Explorer Ventures (EV) Policy
- Making a payment indicates agreement to the booking terms in effect at that time.
- EV may:
- Substitute facilities or equipment of equal or greater value, or
- Refund/reschedule the boat-passage portion of a trip in the event of a forced last-minute cancellation.
- EV is not responsible for airfare, associated fees, or travel costs outside its control.
- Trip-cancellation insurance is strongly recommended

Deposits & Payments
- Complimentary berths, commissions, and discounts are calculated based on the final passenger count.
- One free berth is earned for 5 paid, limited to a maximum of two free per departure.
- One extra free berth is available for full charters traveling within 12 months of a previous full charter on a Caribbean vessel (year-round, diving itineraries only).
- Extra berth promotion not combinable with other discounts or promotions.
- Complimentary berths are assigned to lower-priced or lower-deck cabins where applicable.
- Single-supplement reservations count as one paid berth for comp-space allocation and cannot be combined with discounts.
- Single cabins at single supplement rate limited to two per charter and not available for any group receiving three or more complimentary spaces.
- Deposit holds current charter pricing for the specified date range.
- Payment due within 7 days of reservation.
