Meet MV Emperor Explorer, our latest addition to the Fleet!

Explorer Ventures Fleet, in partnership with Emperor Maldives, have launched the wow-worthy MV Emperor Explorer in the Maldives. Currently receiving her finishing touches, she is in the water and on schedule to make her big debut for Explorer Ventures’ guests this August. Take a look!

At 42m (138 feet), MV Emperor Explorer is contemporary and spacious. Four decks with three levels easily accommodate 26 guests in 13 appealing ensuite cabins, all with air-conditioning. Add to that her spa services, spacious dive deck, many relaxation areas, and a complimentary glass of wine with dinner, and she’s the model of lavish liveaboards.

Accommodation on the MV Emperor Explorer includes 13 spacious and modern cabins, divided between three decks. The upper deck has two suites with a king bed and two cabins with queen & twin bed. The main deck carries two suites with a king & twin bed. The lower deck contains five cabins with queen & twin beds and two cabins with a queen bed. Plenty of space for even the most discerning travelers. M/V Emperor Explorer will cruise the celebrated central Maldivian Atolls, gliding past uninhabited islands and shockingly turquoise lagoons on the way to each of the four dives (offered most charter days). Having all dives conducted from the roomy dhoni (tender) means greater ease for divers and a stunning variety of dive sites.  Specialty itineraries showcasing remote islands, exhilarating channel dives, and encounters with elusive Thresher Sharks round out the spectacular variety of offerings.
